Trangrandid

Budgets that close on the hour

Trangrandid in Chișinău puts cash, scenarios and the handover date into one model — on the board at Columna 28, then in the sheet.

Studio hall on Columna: morning light on plaster, empty cork wall and a long oak table

A strip from București

Three briefs we see most. Scroll sideways.

Workshop hall: table, chairs, felt board, morning light

Cash desk for a small chain

Three shops, one office safe on București. First a map of the notes, then a week in the model.

Cards sorted by line with both hands

Shifts and the fund

Warehouse on Botanica. A night shift must not break Tuesday cash. Cards by people, not job titles.

Kraft timeline on the hall wall

Approval map

Who sees the summary before Friday. Names and hours on the wall, not a chain in the inbox.

The summary while it is still on the wall

Four steps. The board photo sticks; the text moves down. No slides. This is the order of work.

Markers and pads of notes on the hall windowsill
  1. Cash audit

We come to the shop or the office. We read actual payments for 8–12 weeks, not a deck. On Columna we pin the holes: duplicate lines, cash “in someone’s head”, a date that is not in the file.

  2. Line map

Cards for scenarios A / B / stop. Base, expensive intake, idle. On the table you see which row feeds the till and which row only makes noise.

  3. Summary timetable

The model is built so the handover date sits next to cash. Not “by month end”, but Tuesday 11:00 or Thursday 16:00 — as written in the brief.

  4. Review on the wall

We print the strip on the plotter and hang it in the hall. We argue standing. Edits go into the model the same day, not “next week”.

Budget, Forecast, Review

Three studio modes. The switch highlights a block; without a script all three stay visible — read them in a row.

Budget scenario cards on the table

Budget

Lines, limits, cash for the week. Built so the owner can see what can be paid on Friday without opening five files.

Glass panel of the model in the hall, window reflection

Forecast

Three horizons: 4 weeks, a quarter, a year. Scenario B lives in the same grid, not in a separate “risk deck”.

Hall after review: table, board, morning light

Review

Every two weeks — fact against the wall. What ate cash, what moved, which handover hour slipped and by how many hours.

Cash does not wait for a mood. The handover hour sits in the model next to the payroll line.

Halls and shop on Columna 28

Two rooms for summaries, a plotter, a timeline wall, boards. People arrive with a draft till and leave with a strip on paper.

Large workshop hall: table for six, felt board

Hall by the window

Six seats, a long table, a board at the end. This is where the week’s cash hangs. Best light for paper: 9:30 to noon.

Plotter and paper rolls in the studio shop

Shop

  • Plotter and two kraft rolls
  • Timeline wall, four metres
  • Boards: felt, cork, marker
  • Screen for the model, no stream out

Before you write to brief@

What to put in the brief

City and site address, horizon (4 weeks / a quarter), who signs cash, the date you need the file and the paper strip. A sheet if you have one. If not, we start on the wall.

How long is an audit

Usually 6–9 working days to the first wall: two visits, a payment read, a line map. The model and the review are separate, on the hour from the brief.

Only Chișinău?

The wall and the plotter sit at Columna 28. We travel in the city: Botanica, Ciocana, Râșcani, Telecentru, the centre. Further in the country — if the summary can still come back to the hall for review.

Can we arrive without a brief

Yes, Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00. Call +373 22 72 46 18 so the window hall is free. We still write a brief on the spot — otherwise the model drifts.

What we do not do

We do not keep the books, sign payment orders, sell courses or host other people’s offers. Cash, scenario, handover hour.

Send the cash as it is
