Studio terms
1. What this text is
These terms describe how Trangrandid takes a brief, audits cash, builds a budget model and hands over material. They apply to correspondence through digitaltrangrandid.cc, mail [email protected], telephone +373 22 72 46 18, and work in the hall at str. Columna 28, of. 3, Chișinău. The relationship is governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova, including the Civil Code and, where it fits, Law No. 284/2004 on electronic commerce for messages sent by email.
The site is not a public offer with a fixed price. Price, scope and handover hour are fixed in the reply to the brief or in a short paper contract. Until the hour is named, work has not started.
2. What we do
The studio provides financial planning and budget modelling: cash audit, line map, scenarios, forecast, review on the wall, printing of the strip, delivery of the model file. We do not keep the books, file tax returns, sign payment orders, give investment advice or sell courses.
The result is material: a paper strip and/or a file that holds lines, scenarios and an agreed date. How you read your cash remains yours. We do not promise revenue growth, a loan, or the outcome of talks with a contractor.
3. The brief
A brief is a letter or a note on paper in the hall, stating: site address, horizon, who signs cash, the handover hour, what you already count with. An incomplete brief is returned with a list of gaps. A complete letter that arrives on a working day before 16:00 Chișinău time is answered the same day; after 16:00 — the next working morning.
Travel in Chișinău (Botanica, Ciocana, Râșcani, Telecentru, the centre) is agreed separately. Travel outside the municipality — only if review still happens at Columna 28.
4. Handover hour
The hour is a calendar date and clock time written in the model header and on kraft. “By month end” is not an hour. If you move the review, the handover hour moves in writing; otherwise the material is due at the previous hour. The studio may refuse a move if the plotter and the hall are already taken by another brief.
After 16:00 the plotter is not started for new strips. Material due at 16:00 is printed earlier. A delay caused by the studio is noted in a letter; the make-good is a priority review slot, not a money penalty, unless the contract says otherwise.
5. Hall and shop
The window hall holds six people, the small hall four. If more people arrive, we split the session. Tea, paper and markers are part of the work. Damage to a board, the plotter or the wall is repaid at Chișinău repair cost. Client files are not copied to other people’s drives and are not put in shared folders.
A hall booking without a brief is held for 40 minutes. If you do not arrive and do not call, the slot is released. A new booking needs a new letter.
6. Payment
Payment order is stated in the reply to the brief: a deposit before the wall, the rest on the day the strip is handed over, or one amount on invoice. Invoices are in Moldovan lei unless the parties agree otherwise. Late payment lets the studio hold the paper strip and pause the next model pass, without destroying files already handed over.
A deposit is returned within 10 working days to the same details if work has not started (no wall hung, no visit made). If the wall is already up, the deposit is not returned: it pays the audit and the line map. Disputes on amounts go by correspondence, then under section 9.
7. Intellectual property
The card method, the wall template and the Trangrandid mark belong to the studio. After full payment, the model file with your lines and amounts is yours for internal use. You may not present the strip and file as another studio’s work, and you may not resell the wall template as a product. Quotes from the journal on digitaltrangrandid.cc may be used with the studio named and a link to the page.
Materials you brought (statements, staff lists, contractor contracts) remain yours. We do not use them in other people’s summaries and we do not publish them in the journal without separate written consent, even if names are removed.
8. Liability
The studio is responsible for handing over the agreed material on time and for the numbers on the strip matching what we laid on the wall together. The studio is not responsible for decisions you take after review: who to cut, whom to pay, which concrete to order. Lost profit, contractor penalties and bank interest are not repaid, except for intent or gross negligence proved under the law of the Republic of Moldova.
Neither party is liable for a missed hour caused by a power cut on Columna, illness of a key person notified the same day, or delay on your side with source statements. In those cases the hour moves by as many working hours as the stop lasted.
9. Disputes and law
Governing law is the legislation of the Republic of Moldova. Place of performance is Chișinău, str. Columna 28, of. 3, unless a visit is agreed elsewhere. A claim is sent in writing to [email protected] and by post to the studio address. Time to answer a claim is 15 working days.
If the dispute is not closed, it goes to the competent court of the municipality of Chișinău. A consumer, where the consumer protection law applies to the deal, keeps rights that cannot be waived by agreement.
10. Language and changes
Working language of correspondence is English, Romanian or Russian, at the choice of the party who writes first. This site is in English. These terms change by publishing a new date on this page. A brief already agreed uses the edition in force on the day of our reply with the handover hour, unless you accept a new edition in writing.
