Privacy notice
1. Who processes data
The controller of personal data is Trangrandid S.R.L. (IDNO 1026600015293), in the municipality of Chișinău, Republic of Moldova. Processing follows Law of the Republic of Moldova No. 133 of 8 July 2011 on the protection of personal data, as amended, and the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova on private life. If you write from the European Union, we still apply lawfulness, minimisation and purpose limitation — without handing data to advertising networks.
The person for data questions is at the same address, mail [email protected], with a copy to [email protected] if the matter is a live brief. There is no marketing desk. Letters are read by the person who will run the wall.
2. What we receive
We do not collect forms on the site. Data appears when you write to [email protected], call +373 22 72 46 18, or come to str. Columna 28, of. 3. Typically:
- name and role (owner, cash, shop lead);
- telephone and email address;
- address of a site or office in Chișinău or another place;
- the brief: horizon, lines, summary files, names you yourself named as approvers;
- technical mail data (time of receipt, server headers) needed to reply.
We do not ask for ID series, tax numbers or payment cards through the site. If a contract needs details, they are asked separately, on paper or in a letter, and are not published.
3. Why we process
One purpose: answer the brief, audit cash, build a model, hand over material at the agreed hour, keep correspondence on that hour. Legal ground — Art. 5 of Law No. 133/2011: processing needed to conclude and perform a contract, or steps at your request before a contract, and the studio’s legitimate interest in keeping a record of client mail. Consent is asked only where the law requires it (for example if you ask us to keep a draft past the retention period).
We do not build advertising profiles, segment visitors, sell lists, or pass data to brokers or partner programmes. There are no advertising blocks on the pages.
4. Where we store and for how long
Mail and working files sit on studio computers at Columna 28 and in the mailbox of digitaltrangrandid.cc. We do not use third-party cloud disks for briefs. Paper strips and cards you leave in the hall stay in the shop cupboard until handover, then return to you or are destroyed by note if you have not collected them within 30 days after review.
Correspondence on a closed brief is kept 3 years after the last strip — long enough to confirm hour and scope if there is a dispute in Chișinău. If a brief never became work, the letter is deleted after 12 months. Accounting papers, if a contract creates them, are kept for the periods set by tax law of the Republic of Moldova.
5. Who we share with
By default — no one. Exceptions: public authorities of the Republic of Moldova on a lawful request; the mail provider of the domain, which technically delivers the letter; a notary or lawyer in Chișinău if a claim is opened. We do not attach pixels of other networks, we do not place other companies’ analytics code, and we do not pass the contents of a brief to contractors “to look at”.
If an outside print shop is needed (studio plotter busy or broken), kraft shows lines and amounts without your personal addresses and phones, or printing is done in your presence.
6. Your rights
Under Law No. 133/2011 you may:
- obtain confirmation whether we process your data, and access to it;
- ask for inaccurate facts to be corrected (for example a phone number or site address);
- ask for erasure if the purpose has ended or the processing is unlawful;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- withdraw consent where processing ran on consent;
- complain to the supervisory authority.
Write to [email protected] or on paper: str. Columna 28, of. 3, Chișinău, MD-2012. We answer within the times set by Law No. 133/2011. If the request concerns a model file that also holds data of your staff, we may give you an extract of your data without revealing other people’s.
7. Supervisory authority
A complaint on personal data may go to the Centrul Național pentru Protecția Datelor cu Caracter Personal al Republicii Moldova (CNPDCP), Chișinău. The current address and hours are published on the CNPDCP’s official page. Before a complaint it is worth writing to us: often a line in the correspondence can be corrected, or a draft deleted.
8. The site and logs
Pages on digitaltrangrandid.cc are static. The server may keep a standard technical log (IP, time, file requested) to defend against abuse, for no longer than 30 days, not joined to briefs. First-party cookies are described in the cookie notice: they exist so the site opens and so the studio can see which pages are read, with no advertising networks.
We do not embed video from outside platforms, we do not place share buttons from other servers, and we do not load fonts from other domains.
9. Children
The studio’s services are for adults who run an organisation’s cash. We do not collect children’s data on purpose. If a letter arrives from a minor, we do not continue a brief and we delete the message after a reply asking that a legal representative write.
10. Changes
A new edition appears on this page with a new date. If a change affects the purpose of briefs already received, we write to the mailbox the brief came from. Continuing correspondence after the edition date means you have read the current text — it does not take away your rights under Law No. 133/2011.
