1. Why this page exists
digitaltrangrandid.cc is a set of static pages. We write almost nothing into the browser. This text says what may still be stored, on what ground, and how to switch it off. We follow Law of the Republic of Moldova No. 133/2011 on the protection of personal data and the electronic communications rules that ask for transparency when a user’s device stores or gives data. There are no advertising networks, partner inserts or other people’s pixels, and there will not be.
We do not put up a window asking you to “accept all”: the pages have no code that pulls other people’s counters without your will. If the browser blocks cookies by default, the site still opens.
2. What a cookie is here
A cookie is a short file the browser may keep for the domain digitaltrangrandid.cc. Similar mechanisms are localStorage and sessionStorage. We use first party only: the write is to digitaltrangrandid.cc, not to another domain. Third parties cannot read these records through our code, because there is no other code on the pages.
3. Strictly necessary
tg_session — a working mark that you opened the menu on a narrow screen or that the browser has loaded styles. Life: the session, deleted when the window closes. Contents: a short random key, no name, no mail. Pages still read without it; it is only needed if a later header change must remember menu state between pages. Legal ground — technical necessity so the site answers your actions, plus Art. 5 of Law No. 133/2011 for processing needed to provide the requested service.
The server may keep an access log (IP, time, file path) for up to 30 days, to answer faults and attempts to break the site. That is not a cookie; it is a record on the studio side. The log is not joined to briefs.
4. Our own analytics
tg_view — the studio’s own analytics cookie. It helps us see which pages open more often: home, projects, journal, policies. It has no advertising identifier, no “interest” profile, no join to brief@. Contents: a random key, date of first visit, list of page paths for the last 14 days. Stored 14 days, then the key is rewritten.
Analytics is counted on digitaltrangrandid.cc. We do not pass tg_view to contractors, sell it, or use it to show you other people’s offers. Legal ground — the studio’s legitimate interest in knowing whether the journal is read and whether the layout broke on a narrow screen, provided that interest does not override your rights. If you do not want paths remembered, block cookies for digitaltrangrandid.cc in the browser — the counter simply will not write. The site still opens.
We do not set separate cookies “for remarketing”, “for ad personalisation”, or any paid channel. The studio has no such purpose.
5. What is not here
On digitaltrangrandid.cc there is no:
- advertising-network code or partner widgets;
- embedded video from outside platforms;
- share buttons from other servers;
- fonts loaded from other domains;
- pixels that tell third parties you opened a brief or the journal.
A letter to [email protected] goes through your mail client (mailto). That is not a cookie. A tel: link opens your phone. Call history stays with you and the carrier, not with the site.
6. How to control it
On a computer or a phone you can delete cookies for digitaltrangrandid.cc, block them for this site, or use a mode that clears the record on close. Instructions differ in Safari, Chrome, Edge and Firefox — see the privacy section of your browser. On iOS and Android the same settings live in the system items for the site.
If you write “forget my visit”, we will delete tg_view tied to your key if the key is still alive and you name it. We do not join a log IP to a name from a brief, so we cannot “find you from a journal page” without extra data we do not collect.
7. Link to the privacy notice
If a cookie or a log ever becomes personal data (for example you yourself write from which IP you waited for a reply), the privacy notice and Law No. 133/2011 apply. Rights of access, correction, erasure and complaint to the CNPDCP in Chișinău are described there.
